When it comes to investing in anything, the quality of the product and the brand itself play a significant role in my purchasing decisions. As I started putting together my list of empties to restock tomorrow at Credo and Sephora, I realized I had curated a lineup of female-founded beauty brands. This felt particularly special because supporting female founders is not just something I value—it’s the foundation of my own business.

I’ve built my work around helping women bring their dreams to life, so supporting female creators feels deeply personal. I also think there’s a part of me that sees something in them. Even though I’m not running a product-based business (yet), I deeply admire their drive and tenacity in bringing their visions to life. Beyond their incredible products, I’m drawn to their storytelling, campaign imagery, creative direction, and the universes they’ve built around their brands.

Initially, I thought this post would simply be a list of products I need to restock—my go-to items I can’t live without. But as I reflected, I realized it’s not just about the products; it’s about the brands and, more importantly, the visionary founders who brought them to life.

These brands don’t just sell products—they tell stories, create communities, and build worlds that feel intentional and authentic. It’s this level of thought and creativity that inspires me. As a female entrepreneur, it feels especially meaningful to champion the women behind these brands.

Writing this post has also inspired me to revive the podcast interviews for Women of Substance. While researching these founders, I discovered that Erin, the founder of Sidia, already follows my Instagram account. Naturally, I reached out and invited her to be the next guest. I guess my 100 days of spontaneity was exactly what I needed.

Here’s the current replenishment list:

Sidia Nirvana The Hand Serum
This hand serum lasts for months, and now that the Dallas weather is cold and dry, I miss it every day. Its subtle scent and beautiful hydration have turned me, someone who isn’t typically a hand cream person, into a believer. Founded by Erin Kleinberg.

Soft Services Buffing Bar
This body bar completely changed my mind about exfoliation. I was never a fan until I discovered this product—it leaves my skin glowing and smooth. Other scrubs, like Necessaire’s or Follain’s, just don’t compare. Co-founded by Annie Kreighbaum and Rebecca Zhou.
